About Me
Hi! My name is Hannah Joy and I am a NASM Certified Trainer and owner of Hannah Joy Fitness.
I started my career before I knew what I was doing! I have loved health and fitness all my life and that showed in my relationships with family and friends. I trained family members, friends, and neighbors long before I knew that I was actually fitness training them. Seeing people's lives being changed in my circle, (simply just doing what I loved ) caused me to get certified and further my career. Now 6 years later I own my own fitness company and travel training business. I train out of my home private gym as well as travel to my clients homes/gyms.
